What a week.

We are still enjoying our recent vindication after the guilty verdict against my ex codirector.

Last Monday my property company JPC Property Consultants http://www.jpcconsultants.co.uk/  facilitated a small land & property deal for its client company Evolution Homes, as well as creating a win win deal for two seperate vendors and also a well known building company Cooke & Sons builders.

Wednesday was my lovely wifes birthday, we actually celebrated it in style at one of our favourite restaurants nanely The Print Room, we all had a super time, however, this was only the warm up. Thursday, I played golf with a business friend & Friday we had a birthday celebration at Aruba in Bournemouth which is one of the towns liveliest hot spots & we ate, drank and boogied on down till 2pm with approximately 20 other revellers including some hot Brazilian friends.

We created such a good energy that a spontaneous dance off occured in front of the DJ's booth and yours truely decided to strutt his stuff, cossack, running man, break dancing all manifested in my medly and battle to surpress the worthy opponents to much delight of my Park School Posse.

Thats not it..... Saturday we attended an amazing 60th Birthday bash with some dear friends who had a fab surfer, beach party themed event at there lovely home in Highcliffe On Sea and we enjoyed great music & an Indian buffet before, dancing till the www hours & watching the chinese lanterns being sent off into the cold night sky!

Thats not it.... Sunday 7am after only five hours sleep we surfaced again & rushed to Heathrow to send of my Mother in law who returned to Rio after nearly four months visit. On our return we surprised my daughter with a trip to Milestones in Basingstoke which is an absolute must for anyone who loves Victorian history & a trip down memory lane .. literally as the museum actually has a Victorian set complete with cobblestones streets & carriages & steam engines.

Sunday evening I rested by only playing racket ball for an hour & fifteen minutes before rushing home to catch the X factor results.  I wont even mention how ridiculous the result was, the luck & charm of the Irish is proving too much!

I am grateful to the universe for a connected & succesful week.

Clarity is power!

Bournemouth Echo - Finance Director Jailed

Well it finally hit the papers after four years, the truth has been revealed & justice served. http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/34503/4688518

My family and I are pleased that this has been published and hope that people/creditors will finally realise that we were  victims of crime at the hand of a deceitful confidence trickster.

We are grateful for the support of our very loyal friends Esther & Fergal Collins, our family here & in Brazil & the many contractors & suppliers that beleived in us & have continued to associate with us over the past 4 years.

We feel vindicated by the court decision & now plan to fully focus on manifesting our vision of abundance & help others to achieve peace of mind, health & abundance in their lives.

As NIKE say  "Just do it"!

Justice Done!

Further to my earlier posting which was written last week and only just posted due to being bound by the court until yesterday, I am delighted to report that a guilty verdict was given.

Whilst I was not present for personal reasons I am informed that the 12 jurors made a unanomous decision after some 24 hours of being released, they found Mr. Roy John Phillips guility of forgery & false accounting and the Honourable Judge Jarvis was very damning of Mr Phillips, who had lied, manipulated and been uncooperative throughout the entire investigation & in his dealings with myself.

I have been advised that I will receive a copy of the judges comments shortly which will sum up the Judges views in respect of the case & Mr Phillips generally. So watch this space.

My family & I are most grateful to the universe and all those who supported us throughout the past four years.

Be very careful who you mix & do business with as it can be very costly when you get into business with the wrong people.

Lesson learned!

regards

Jason.

Manifesting justice!

In 2005, I discovered that my codirector & fellow shareholder in our sizeable property company had forged emails from Bank officials & other professionals. He presented them to me at a board meeting as justification for a £500,000 unauthorised withdrawal from our company account.

Seriously concerned, I took legal advice from my solicitor, insolvency practicioner & chartered accountant & decided to report him to the Fraud Squad in Bournemouth. The officers were also convinced that my codirector was acting entirely inappropriately & furthermore we discovered that he had "form" slang for a criminal record. It was revealed that he had been previously prosecuted for Perjury i.e. wilfully misrepresenting the truth in court under oath, something far more sinister than even misrepresenting himself to people he interacted with in a professional capacity, furthermore he had also been struck off from being a company director some ten years earlier.

This turn of events was instrumental in the closure of our company & significant losses to many of the stakeholders including creditors, employees & myself. The Police were excellant and really focused on discovering the truth & passed their findings & evidence to the Crown Prosecuion Service CPS, some fifteen months later despite overwhelming evidence the CPS advised me that it was not in the public interests to proceed with the prosecution, despite witnesses, statements from numerous connected third parties testifying & cooberating the evidence. This was a great disappointment to scores of interested parties who had suffered at the hands of my codirector & unfortunately gave an opportunity to my co diector to crow about his alleged innocence.

After further research we challenged the CPS decision with the help of one or two kind individuals who cared more about justice than government statistics. As a result we managed to get the evidence re -looked at & suggested that infact an alternative crime had been committed that would be easier to prosecute. Forgery & False accounting was the new offence as opposed to theft, this was agreed & picked up by the CPS & in 2007 my codirector was cautioned once again. After a further even longer investigation & several attempts to avoid & delay the trial I am very pleased to report that the trial of CPS V Roy John Phillips commenced two weeks ago & 9 prosecution witnesses including myself gave evidence which we all hoped would be instrumental in revealing the truth and manifesting justice!

I personally gave evidence over three days, the experience was very tiring, sometimes gruelling as well as satisfying in that there is something great about being given the opportunity to tell the truth to a jury of 12 honest men & women in the hope that they will under the guidance of a Judge manifest justice! My wife & I prayed for support & courage & for all those charged with the responsibility of making a decision. We even prayed for the defending barrister who we respected despite the fact that he was attempting to create doubt & uncertainty about the truth with only manufactured evidence from his client.

In conclusion, we believe that we have done our best for society at large & more specifically all concerned & have now decided that it would serve us best to be high on intention & low on attachment to the decision which is now out of our hands.

We are grateful to God for the support & blessing we have received & hopefully justice will be served.

Blessings of abundance!

Sunshine Again.

Its quite amazing that we are having such fabulous sunny days so late into October. Great for Golf!

Whilst I spent much of the day working on line today, I had a family day yesterday walking and shopping in Poole & on Saturday enjoyed a great round of golf at Ferdown Championship Golf Course where they staged the recent Merlo Pro AM, I won the round and was pleased that I played to my handicap of 18.

I have to say that Golf is a very challenging game, as not only does it test your skill, it tests your mental resolve too!

There are so many elements to consider, having the right mindset, choice of club, setting up correctly with the right stance and proximity to the ball, hands, shoulders, knees and of course your head. One does all of this before even begining to swing the club and I beleive its more about how you swing than actually how you hit the ball.  It's a good illustration for cause & affect....When you set up correctly, trust, release tension in your grip and then swing the results are often very pleasing, subject to where the ball pitches and the knock on affect, which when it hits a sprinkler head as I did twice recently is out of ones control.

It is interesting how it has the power to turn well mannered gentleman into seemingly ranting maniacs within moments and then back again just as quick depending on the outcome of their shot. Like wise it reflects life in that often a shot is played that is not what is intended & it goes off the fairway into the rough, it is so easy to get dejected & frustrated as one starts to imagine the most aweful consequence of "a lost ball " or impossible lie. This usually triggers an unhappy mindset & moaning as one walks to where we thought the ball was spotted and quite often we are most frustrated by the time we have nearly given up hope on finding the ball. When suddenly it is spotted, ellatinon sets in as the reality is that the ball is playable and the position not as bad as first feared.  Hoorah & what a waste of emotional energy as one projected unnecessarily.

In life we so often miss the moment, by projecting forward and worrying about something that we assume is going to happen or even see the situation worse than it really is, without first opening our eyes and minds and seeing it for how it really is. We waste time & energy feeling frustrated about our projected reality rather than being present & seeing the actuality.

Remember that "reality to the individual is not necessarily reality in actuality".

Good luck, stay focused on the ball & keep swinging!

Here Comes the rain again.

Well its Monday again & after our Indian Summer in Bournemouth here comes the rain again!

The past two weeks have been so pleasant without any serious precipitation and we are very grateful for that.

My family are really grateful for the dry weather as we love to be outside and enjoy the natural beauty of our area, my wife especially as she hates the cold, I can't really blame her as she is from Rio in Brazil where its hot hot hot even when it rains!!.

When it does rain I always think of the funny quote. "There is no such thing as bad weather only inappropriate clothing" Billy Connelly, and it lifts my spirits as it reminds me we have a choice.

Remember the only thing we control is the meaning we decide to give something!

Have a great week shaping your destiny.

The Beattitudes & CANDI

Good Morning from Bournemouth.

In my quest for self mastery & to become, do, have & give more on a daily basis, I stumbled upon & then reviewed the Christian Beattitudes this morning.

When I looked at the word carefully for a second or two, I noticed that it simply breaks down to Be attitudes.. I thought to myself ..does that simply mean worthy attitudes to exhibit?

I wanted to humbly share that my own experience has shown me that it serves me better on a daily basis when I start every day by exhibiting the following attitudes.

Gratitude to the universe/God for the abundance, my health, family, nature, lessons
Love & Forgiveness for others & myself, my family, friends, mistakes, shortcomings
Belief in myself & others that there is a positive intention behind all action.
Passion & Desire in my purpose to share my gifts & serve others.

After this reflection I usually kick start the day with some form of energised exercise that makes me move & breathe.

Remember CANDI ... Constant and Never ending Daily improvement!

May you be blessed with abundance & peace of mind.
