Make more money than property investors!

love property as a vehicle for generating income & for building wealth, however, unless you are a very savvy investor with great sources to find property, very lucky after the crash or have extremely good access to significant  funding for  projects at the moment.... it is extremely hard to find & purchase viable & sustainable projects on an ongoing basis.

Initially I was an estate agent First of all as and then as a land buyer, then as a broker & hen as a developer in my own right developing millions of pounds worth of property. By  2005, I  had built up a substantial & successful company specialising in land & property development with a turn over of in excess of 10 million. Unfortunately  due to a fraudulent co director I had to close the business down & whilst I have subsequently bought & sold land & developed property, as well as acquired positive cash flow investments & even consulted to entrepreneurs who wanted to set up property investment & mentoring training companies.

Last year (2009} I discovered another business that  I believe has the potential to out perform property investment returns & also has amazing leverage which I have come to learn is critical component to building wealth. The business model is highly systemised,  automated & adds massive value to people looking to escape the rat race. It is a real business & whilst you are in business for your self, you are not in business by your self as there is great support & mastermind training.

It requires a much smaller investment than a buying a property or indeed a franchise business, as little as  $3000 gets you started, you need plenty of commitment & the ability to learn & practice some new skills, NB caution to the get rich quick seekers, this is a real business where you will have to commit some real time to create momentum, however, when your up & rolling there is potential to generate a six or even  a multi six figured income subject to how much value you add & time you commit.
