Save & Make Money with a Uk Discount Club!

For the past 3 months I have started to benefit from an innovative way to save & make some extra money by joining the Utility Warehouse Discount club. Fortunately it offers many savings & benefits beyond Utilities.

For just £1.76 per month you can benefit from a whole host of benefits including Free calls to UK & international numbers, you can benefit from having the best value broadband & phone packages as voted by Which magazine. £50 saving on line rentals, cheaper gas & electricity, Uk's cheapest mobile services, exclusive membership discounts & also 5% cashback on your petrol & shopping.

The award winning customer services & discounts are so good that the company claims that in a recent survey 94% of its clients said that it would recommend the company to friends. Many customers are so delighted with the benefits that they decide to share the information & promote opportunity to save & make money with others & do so by becoming an independent distributor & benefit from training & support from other "discount experts" across the country.

In my humble opinion the debt free PLC company now in the FOOTSIE 250, has a great concept that really does save customers money over the year with average savings of  over £800 over 5 key services namely Gas, Electricity, Broad call, Mobile, & the shopping Cashback card & the potentially residual income opportunity is really interesting if you are a good networker & like sharing good news & adding value.

Save & Earn £1000's on Holidays & Travel in 2010.

My mentor Stuart Ross of the Turnkey Marketing Group has recently advised me of two great offerings as well as business opportunities that I have jumped at and wanted to share.

The first is Primo which is an online disounted Travel club offering massive savings on 4&5 Star resorts & holidays throughout the world together with an online buisness opportunity to generate income related to promoting this and other services and online products.  This is is all incorporated into the Your Net Biz business opportunity together with its 4000 virtual products & cutting edge training support systems that teach you how to market on line. go to  http://www.bestnetbizmentors.com/  enter your details to find out more.

Travel is clearly a multi billion dollar industry & this is likel to continue to grow even in a recession as most people feel the need to travel to connect with their families & friends or indeed connect with themselves away from their usual sometimes pressured home & work environment. Once again stuart & the TKMG have sourced another online opportunity to position his team to take advantage of this market by offering discounted travel plans to superb world wide resorts at a fraction of their usual price. Together with Stuart Ross & other members of his team I have become an affiliate of Resorts 360 which is launching in 2010 & we believe will really take the travel world by storm.  Watch this space for further information as I will be providing more detail within the next few days.

I hope to provide great value to all & show people how to fish for themselves!

Halloween Fun & Fright Night Networking!

Last friday we had a great party for my daughter Tasha & her 7 friends, it was lovely to spend time with all the girls play traditinoal games aswell as scare & chase them in the garden!

We then connected with some good friends on Saturday, enjoyed a big gathering with the kids and had a lovely Halloween supper at which the topic of conversation was Facebook friends & you guessed it internet marketing.... it was great as it gave me a chance to add value & network whilst having fun with some lovely people. I have to admit it only lasted for 10 minutes before we started on the hot topic of the X factor!

Health Tip From My Health & NLP Coach - Lee Vallely

Lee and I met yesterday for a healthy lunch at Waggamammas { this means Naughty Child} and discussed a number of points, stress being one of them.

Lee commented  "Stress has been linked to heart disease, high blood pressure, accelerated aging
and type 2 Diabetes. Many people cope with stress by binging on junk food or
other acid forming addictive habits."

He continued and suggested "A healthy alternative to decrease the effects of stress is to make sure you
get enough sleep, lower your fat intake, increase your consumption of antioxidant rich fruits and
veggies, especially greens, surround yourself with supportive positive people and exercise regularly."

For 30 years I have  played sport to a good amateur level & several years ago frustrated with the gym I took up racket ball which is easy to learn great fun & really gives you a good CV work out.

My humble advice is find something that you enjoy doing to start with!! jNo excuses... just move & breathe on a daily basis, walking the dog, dancing, rebounding on a mini trampoline can all be a good start before contemplating the gym and more rigourous work outs. Remember sometimes the simplest and most fun solution is the most sustainable.

No excuses now, just do it, if not now then when.?

Live with passion & enjoy the moment.

Cell Phones & EMF Can & Do Cause Brain Cancer!

Dear Friends & followers,

Please read this important information that was sent out by renowned Dr. Young recently as it is worth serious consideration.!

The bombshell results of a major decade-long study carried out in 13 countries will support longtime speculation that long-term cell phone use increases the risk of developing cancerous condition.

The $30 million report, which is to be released before the end of the year, follows a warning from the International EMF Collaborative that regular cell phone use could increase the risk of brain tumors significantly and that regular use is especially dangerous in children whose brains are still developing.

The cell phone industry assured us for years that cell phones are safe and don’t cause cancer and other problems. Major organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Cancer Institute, also have stated there is no evidence cell phones are dangerous.
But the official line may have to change because the WHO oversaw the new study.
According to the Daily Telegraph in London, the study will show “a significantly increased risk” of some brain tumors “related to use of mobile phones for a period of 10 years or more.”

Cell phone safety has been a concern for some experts ever since the death of Lee Atwater in 1991 from a brain tumor that developed under the exact spot where he held his cell phone. Sen. Ted Kennedy’s diagnosis and death from a malignant brain tumor also spurred safety fears. Kennedy’s brain tumor, called a glioma, was the type some experts have associated with the use of cell phones.

CTIA — the Wireless Association — and the Food and Drug Administration also have stated that cell phones aren’t a health risk.

But other experts, including my own research points to research that indicates a link between the electro-magnetic fields (EMF) of cell phones and three types of tumors:

 Glioma
 * Cancer of a salivary gland near the ear called the parotid
 * Acoustic neuroma, which is a tumor found near the ear

An Israeli study published two years ago found a 58 percent increase in risk for parotid tumors among people who relied heavily on their cell phones. And a Swedish study found that he risk for glioma and acoustic neuroma doubled after 10 years of heavy use.

Prominent neurosurgeons have stated they do hold cell phones next to their ears.

"I use it on the speaker-phone mode,” said Dr. Vini Khurana, a prominent researcher and an associate professor of neurosurgery at the Australian National University.

Other prominent experts agree. “I do not hold it to my ear,” said Dr. Sanjay Gupta, a practicing neurosurgeon who also is CNN’s chief medical correspondent. Gupta says he uses an earpiece.

Some experts haven’t waited for the WHO or FDA to issue warnings. Last year, Dr. Ronald Heberman, director of the University of Pittsburg Cancer Center, sent a memo to all faculty and staff, warning them of possible danger and advising them to cut cell phone use.

I have also published warnings that ALL cell phones or cell phone services emit radiation that is harmful to health and can cause a cancerous brain condition. You have to be at least 2 to 3 feet away from your cell phone to avoid being exposed to radiation in excess of the Environmental Protection Agency minimum of 3 mG.

Cell phone use has also been linked to other problems, including infertility, insomnia, hearing, and, of course, driving hazards.

Imagination is more important than Intellect!! Einstein

I told my daughter that Einstein said " imagination is more powerful than intellect"!

Monday, 26 October 2009

What a week.

We are still enjoying our recent vindication after the guilty verdict against my ex codirector.

Last Monday my property company JPC Property Consultants http://www.jpcconsultants.co.uk/  facilitated a small land & property deal for its client company Evolution Homes, as well as creating a win win deal for two seperate vendors and also a well known building company Cooke & Sons builders.

Wednesday was my lovely wifes birthday, we actually celebrated it in style at one of our favourite restaurants nanely The Print Room, we all had a super time, however, this was only the warm up. Thursday, I played golf with a business friend & Friday we had a birthday celebration at Aruba in Bournemouth which is one of the towns liveliest hot spots & we ate, drank and boogied on down till 2pm with approximately 20 other revellers including some hot Brazilian friends.

We created such a good energy that a spontaneous dance off occured in front of the DJ's booth and yours truely decided to strutt his stuff, cossack, running man, break dancing all manifested in my medly and battle to surpress the worthy opponents to much delight of my Park School Posse.

Thats not it..... Saturday we attended an amazing 60th Birthday bash with some dear friends who had a fab surfer, beach party themed event at there lovely home in Highcliffe On Sea and we enjoyed great music & an Indian buffet before, dancing till the www hours & watching the chinese lanterns being sent off into the cold night sky!

Thats not it.... Sunday 7am after only five hours sleep we surfaced again & rushed to Heathrow to send of my Mother in law who returned to Rio after nearly four months visit. On our return we surprised my daughter with a trip to Milestones in Basingstoke which is an absolute must for anyone who loves Victorian history & a trip down memory lane .. literally as the museum actually has a Victorian set complete with cobblestones streets & carriages & steam engines.

Sunday evening I rested by only playing racket ball for an hour & fifteen minutes before rushing home to catch the X factor results.  I wont even mention how ridiculous the result was, the luck & charm of the Irish is proving too much!

I am grateful to the universe for a connected & succesful week.

Clarity is power!

Justice Done!

Further to my earlier posting which was written last week and only just posted due to being bound by the court until yesterday, I am delighted to report that a guilty verdict was given.

Whilst I was not present for personal reasons I am informed that the 12 jurors made a unanomous decision after some 24 hours of being released, they found Mr. Roy John Phillips guility of forgery & false accounting and the Honourable Judge Jarvis was very damning of Mr Phillips, who had lied, manipulated and been uncooperative throughout the entire investigation & in his dealings with myself.

I have been advised that I will receive a copy of the judges comments shortly which will sum up the Judges views in respect of the case & Mr Phillips generally. So watch this space.

My family & I are most grateful to the universe and all those who supported us throughout the past four years.

Be very careful who you mix & do business with as it can be very costly when you get into business with the wrong people.

Lesson learned!

regards

Jason.

Manifesting justice!

In 2005, I discovered that my codirector & fellow shareholder in our sizeable property company had forged emails from Bank officials & other professionals. He presented them to me at a board meeting as justification for a £500,000 unauthorised withdrawal from our company account.

Seriously concerned, I took legal advice from my solicitor, insolvency practicioner & chartered accountant & decided to report him to the Fraud Squad in Bournemouth. The officers were also convinced that my codirector was acting entirely inappropriately & furthermore we discovered that he had "form" slang for a criminal record. It was revealed that he had been previously prosecuted for Perjury i.e. wilfully misrepresenting the truth in court under oath, something far more sinister than even misrepresenting himself to people he interacted with in a professional capacity, furthermore he had also been struck off from being a company director some ten years earlier.

This turn of events was instrumental in the closure of our company & significant losses to many of the stakeholders including creditors, employees & myself. The Police were excellant and really focused on discovering the truth & passed their findings & evidence to the Crown Prosecuion Service CPS, some fifteen months later despite overwhelming evidence the CPS advised me that it was not in the public interests to proceed with the prosecution, despite witnesses, statements from numerous connected third parties testifying & cooberating the evidence. This was a great disappointment to scores of interested parties who had suffered at the hands of my codirector & unfortunately gave an opportunity to my co diector to crow about his alleged innocence.

After further research we challenged the CPS decision with the help of one or two kind individuals who cared more about justice than government statistics. As a result we managed to get the evidence re -looked at & suggested that infact an alternative crime had been committed that would be easier to prosecute. Forgery & False accounting was the new offence as opposed to theft, this was agreed & picked up by the CPS & in 2007 my codirector was cautioned once again. After a further even longer investigation & several attempts to avoid & delay the trial I am very pleased to report that the trial of CPS V Roy John Phillips commenced two weeks ago & 9 prosecution witnesses including myself gave evidence which we all hoped would be instrumental in revealing the truth and manifesting justice!

I personally gave evidence over three days, the experience was very tiring, sometimes gruelling as well as satisfying in that there is something great about being given the opportunity to tell the truth to a jury of 12 honest men & women in the hope that they will under the guidance of a Judge manifest justice! My wife & I prayed for support & courage & for all those charged with the responsibility of making a decision. We even prayed for the defending barrister who we respected despite the fact that he was attempting to create doubt & uncertainty about the truth with only manufactured evidence from his client.

In conclusion, we believe that we have done our best for society at large & more specifically all concerned & have now decided that it would serve us best to be high on intention & low on attachment to the decision which is now out of our hands.

We are grateful to God for the support & blessing we have received & hopefully justice will be served.

Blessings of abundance!

Sunshine Again.

Its quite amazing that we are having such fabulous sunny days so late into October. Great for Golf!

Whilst I spent much of the day working on line today, I had a family day yesterday walking and shopping in Poole & on Saturday enjoyed a great round of golf at Ferdown Championship Golf Course where they staged the recent Merlo Pro AM, I won the round and was pleased that I played to my handicap of 18.

I have to say that Golf is a very challenging game, as not only does it test your skill, it tests your mental resolve too!

There are so many elements to consider, having the right mindset, choice of club, setting up correctly with the right stance and proximity to the ball, hands, shoulders, knees and of course your head. One does all of this before even begining to swing the club and I beleive its more about how you swing than actually how you hit the ball.  It's a good illustration for cause & affect....When you set up correctly, trust, release tension in your grip and then swing the results are often very pleasing, subject to where the ball pitches and the knock on affect, which when it hits a sprinkler head as I did twice recently is out of ones control.

It is interesting how it has the power to turn well mannered gentleman into seemingly ranting maniacs within moments and then back again just as quick depending on the outcome of their shot. Like wise it reflects life in that often a shot is played that is not what is intended & it goes off the fairway into the rough, it is so easy to get dejected & frustrated as one starts to imagine the most aweful consequence of "a lost ball " or impossible lie. This usually triggers an unhappy mindset & moaning as one walks to where we thought the ball was spotted and quite often we are most frustrated by the time we have nearly given up hope on finding the ball. When suddenly it is spotted, ellatinon sets in as the reality is that the ball is playable and the position not as bad as first feared.  Hoorah & what a waste of emotional energy as one projected unnecessarily.

In life we so often miss the moment, by projecting forward and worrying about something that we assume is going to happen or even see the situation worse than it really is, without first opening our eyes and minds and seeing it for how it really is. We waste time & energy feeling frustrated about our projected reality rather than being present & seeing the actuality.

Remember that "reality to the individual is not necessarily reality in actuality".

Good luck, stay focused on the ball & keep swinging!

Here Comes the rain again.

Well its Monday again & after our Indian Summer in Bournemouth here comes the rain again!

The past two weeks have been so pleasant without any serious precipitation and we are very grateful for that.

My family are really grateful for the dry weather as we love to be outside and enjoy the natural beauty of our area, my wife especially as she hates the cold, I can't really blame her as she is from Rio in Brazil where its hot hot hot even when it rains!!.

When it does rain I always think of the funny quote. "There is no such thing as bad weather only inappropriate clothing" Billy Connelly, and it lifts my spirits as it reminds me we have a choice.

Remember the only thing we control is the meaning we decide to give something!

Have a great week shaping your destiny.

The Beattitudes & CANDI

Good Morning from Bournemouth.

In my quest for self mastery & to become, do, have & give more on a daily basis, I stumbled upon & then reviewed the Christian Beattitudes this morning.

When I looked at the word carefully for a second or two, I noticed that it simply breaks down to Be attitudes.. I thought to myself ..does that simply mean worthy attitudes to exhibit?

I wanted to humbly share that my own experience has shown me that it serves me better on a daily basis when I start every day by exhibiting the following attitudes.

Gratitude to the universe/God for the abundance, my health, family, nature, lessons
Love & Forgiveness for others & myself, my family, friends, mistakes, shortcomings
Belief in myself & others that there is a positive intention behind all action.
Passion & Desire in my purpose to share my gifts & serve others.

After this reflection I usually kick start the day with some form of energised exercise that makes me move & breathe.

Remember CANDI ... Constant and Never ending Daily improvement!

May you be blessed with abundance & peace of mind.
